Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 30 days of the purchase date if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Our team is happy to assist with the return process to ensure a smooth resolution. Please contact us utahgreathomes@gmail.com, and include “Your First Last Name - Delivery Issue Request” in the subject line so we can quickly locate your case. In your email, please describe the situation in detail and include any receipts, purchase information, along with photos of the product for review. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on purchases, limited discount items, or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before submitting a return request.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your delivery issue request, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 15 business days to process, but please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please check email spam or junk folder for our reply and contact us at utahgreathomes@gmail.com.
